Tim Sinclair joins Nealanders as CEO

We are delighted to announce today that Tim Sinclair will join our team at Nealanders in the new role of President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 5, 2008.

Tim is a veteran Canadian food industry executive having worked since 1989 in positions of increasing responsibility with E&J Gallo Winery, Campbell Company of Canada, Second Cup Limited and most recently Bridge Brand Food Services Limited, a division of Gordon Food Service where he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since 2004. Tim has an impressive track record of growth and success wherever he has worked and brings an every day passion and enthusiasm to the job that he learned while a member of Canada’s National Rugby Team in the late ‘80’s.

We are pleased that Tim has the personal values, qualities and insights that we believe will be critical to the future success of Nealanders with its customers, suppliers, employees and stakeholders. We are excited that Tim can now use these values and insights to shape, lead and execute Nealanders plans for accelerated growth built upon a heightened culture of performance that tightly focuses on our number one goal of taking care of our customers.

We plan on initially spending time with Tim to help him understand the unique history and culture of Nealanders as well as the secrets of our success to date. Upon completing this orientation we will step back from the day to day operations to allow Tim to establish the criteria required for the next phase of Nealanders dynamic growth.

We will then work closely with Tim and the rest of his management team on matters of strategy, growth and ongoing customer needs and relationships. While our traditional day to day activities will change, our commitment to the future success and growth of Nealanders will not.

Tim’s wife, Sherri and their four young children Mark, Olivia, Thomas and Sarah will be relocating to Ontario from Calgary in the next few months. Please join with us in extending to Tim and his family a warm welcome from the Nealanders team.
