Nealanders International Inc. (Nealanders) is incorporated
1990
Sales begin for Nealanders using the philosophies of “how would you like to buy it” and “what are your ingredient / product/ production challenges

First heated plastic tote is created by Nealanders based on the sales philosophies
1991
TIC Gums, multiple time winner of Hydrocolloid "Winner of the Year" becomes Nealanders first Principle/Agency for representation in the Canadian market
1993
Private label retail co-packing division is created
1994
Agency agreement with predecessor to AC Humko is reached for Nealanders to represent them in Canada for various divisions of specialty fat and oil products
1996
Agency agreement with A.E. Staley (Tate & Lyle) for specialty starches and ingredients is signed

Nealanders expands into Quebec market, hiring its first Quebec based Account manager
1998
Fonterra, world leader in Milk proteins signs agency agreement with Nealanders
1999
After lengthy designing and building process, Nealanders moves into our current headquarters in Mississauga Ontario
2000
Domino Sugars agency agreement signed for representation of specialty sweeteners and co crystallized products
2003
Capilano Labonte representation in Industrial accounts is launched for all honey products and maple sugar
2004
Indecresa a world leading cocoa powder manufacturer signs with Nealanders for Canadian representation
2005
Nealanders brings in Birch Hill Equity Partners as an equity partner for future growth and acquisitions. Two days later Nealanders purchases Acatris Canada (formerly known as Daminco Inc.) from the Royal Schouten Group of Holland. Nealanders is now a complete manufacturer and value-added distributor

Nealanders expands into all western provinces adding an office in BC, including local customer service and technical sales staff. Nealanders is now Canada wide in its distribution of food, pharmaceutical and personal care ingredients

Nealanders refocuses USA activities by hiring US based Account Manager
2006
Nealanders commissions new facility in Montreal (Dorval) to include local manufacturing and tote distribution in Quebec
2007
Nealanders purchases Food Ingredients of Chicago, IL and gains a substantial presence in attractive new markets.

Nealanders completes its Corporate Headquarters expansion by adding over 85,000 sq. ft. to our operations.
